About 360immerse
I’m Nathen Ninh, founder and president of 360immerse. The idea began in late 2021 when I noticed that Winnipeg’s real estate marketing was falling behind substantially compared to other parts of North America. I would set out to change the way agents view marketing, highlighting just how impactful it can be. 360immerse would officially form in January 2022.
Over the years, we’ve helped reshape the local market by producing high-end videos for luxury homes and consistently delivering top-quality photos and media. As of September 2025, we’ve partnered with over 120 recurring clients, shooting more than 1,000 properties, totalling over $1.3 billion in real estate.
Beyond residential real estate, 360immerse has expanded into the commercial real estate sector, providing Matterport scans for renovation projects valued in the nine figures, including several of Winnipeg’s most iconic architectural restorations.
